A bridge is not born because two banks already touch. It is born because someone first decides to cross. That year, the studio set the first pile into the riverbed. Over the following six years, the visitors who crossed it included several Fortune 500 companies. They wanted different things, but each wanted the same act: to return an unrealized scene to the eyes of another crowd. From then on, the camera was no longer merely recording. It was connecting.

A face without selfhood. A moving image without a signal-to-noise ratio. That year I began with DeepFake and followed the trail into GANs - the first time I saw a form rise out of pure computation. Image-making was no longer the camera's monopoly. Presence was no longer the image's prerequisite.
Language used to belong to people. From this year onward, a silent narrator slipped in among us. ChatGPT launched as a research preview on November 30, 2022, and I was among the earliest registrants. The first things I handed to it were forms of delegated speech: ad copy and pitchbooks. In essence, I asked a voice from the far bank to help me persuade the people on this bank. It understood what I said; I understood what it said. For the first time, I was truly exchanging language with something that was not human. The echo arrived before the bridge, before the rope, before many things that had not yet happened.
A school is implicated in the world through the people it sends outward. In 2023, I graduated from XJTLU's Film Production program and became one of its extended limbs. My image remained in its graduation film, as one of the first faces it offered to the next generation; my words remained on the program website, as the language with which it first addressed strangers not yet arrived. From that year on, the bond between person and person, person and world, acquired one more segment: me.
The bridge reached outward. From 2023, I worked in the United Kingdom as a producer and technical consultant. A project-coordination method stopped serving only local internal collaboration and began operating inside another production context. That year, I tested with my own hands how far a studio could remain connected to the world.
The bridge kept extending. In 2024 two things happened together: I delivered a project in China for the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates, and I led local delivery for a commercial project inside the UAE, building a localized team from zero. First, I spoke here on behalf of a distance. Then I arrived there in body. From that year onward, a method of coordination became a way of coupling world to world.
One gaze fell simultaneously upon two origins - the first opening of the heavens, and the first arrival of the body. From 2025, invited as technical consultant and technical support, I began handing years of scale to Chinese aerospace and medicine. Look upward: the undivided beginning. Look downward: the first threshold of a life. Two origins share one gaze. And gaze was the first bridge we learned to build.

02 / 07A disposable receiving mirror - an anonymous address for registration flows meant to be used once and discarded. CF Workers + D1 + Vue 3, running at mail.p1-103n1x.com.
03 / 07An open-source prototype for Karpathy's LLM-Wiki idea - with Warburg, Christopher Alexander, and Luhmann as pluggable lenses. Drop in local material and it builds entries, cross-references itself, and grows into your own aesthetic knowledge base.
04 / 07eidolon - the image of one who is absent. A single reference image anchors an agent's face, so in any conversation, any light, any scene, it returns as itself instead of becoming a stranger each time. Works across OpenClaw / Hermes.
05 / 07Meta Ray-Ban as eyes, iOS as bridge, Mac running your own agent runtime - first-person vision no longer trapped inside the eyewear vendor's dialogue box, but streamed to the agent you wrote, deployed, and can change. Let the glasses see first; let the agent decide whether to call perception. WIP · architecture prototype.
06 / 07Not another agent framework, but a port of Claude Code's proven tool loop and runtime architecture into the closed iOS sandbox. iSH acts as the in-system scripting layer, HTTP reaches the remote LLM API, and a full single-path agent execution demo is already in place. WIP.
07 / 07A NERV / MAGI visual skin injected on top of Claude Code v2.1.88 - 20,000+ views on day one and engagement above 10%, validating aesthetic-led open-source spread in developer tools.
At Sequoia AI Ascent 2026, Karpathy said he had "never felt more behind." Reading the transcript, I realized he was not drawing a prediction line. He was drawing a professional fault line.

"Fail fast" is the chant, but the data says people who failed before are not necessarily better next time - and what success hides may be more dangerous than what failure hides. Reading Ozan Varol.

The opening animation is not a tech-texture background. It is a meteorite cross-section that leaves slow cooling, incision, revelation, and the act of entry on the surface.
